This site provides mental health information for those who are staying at home under COVID-19 pandemic.

Greeting

“Imacoco Care” was developed in April 2020 by the Imacoco Care development team in Department of Mental Health, Graduate School of Medicine, The University of Tokyo, to help people cope with psychological distress such as anxiety and depression caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a result of the pandemic, many people are finding it difficult to live as they did before the epidemic. Some of you may be feeling stress and mental/physical complaint in current situations.

Imacoco Care introduces evidence-based strategies for coping with such stress based on research findings by Department of Mental Health, Graduate School of Medicine, The University of Tokyo. We hope that Imacoco Care will help you to improve your daily stress.
